As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping Stoke build the teams that make our mission possible. You'll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding. Whether you're coordinating complex interview schedules, welcoming candidates onsite, or improving recruiting processes, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the high bar we set for ourselves and the people we hire.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage candidate and interviewer scheduling across multiple teams and calendars.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful support from initial contact through onboarding.Manage multiple recruiting and HR priorities while ensuring timely execution and follow-through.Host onsite interviews, welcome candidates, and represent Stoke with professionalism and hospitality.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized, efficient, and moving forward.Coordinate new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming first-day experience.Track recruiting and HR metrics and build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.Assist with HR initiatives including open enrollment, compliance reporting, and performance and compensation review cycles.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting and People Operations processes.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related People Operations role; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Stoke professionally to candidates, employees, and leadersCustomer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and employee experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Slack, and other workplace productivity toolsExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Greenhouse experience preferredExperience working with an HRIS; Rippling experience preferredAbility to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretionA proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellenceComfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where priorities may shift quicklyAbility to travel occasionally, as neededAbility to work onsite in Kent, WABenefitsEquity – We know that our employees are the reason we succeed.
