Leasing Consultant (multi-site) - Denver, CO Concordia Apartments is looking to hire a Leasing Consultant to join their team in Lakewood! This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move‑in paperwork and procedures. Qualifications 1+ years of residential leasing experience is preferred Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and organized Knowledge of Yardi or similar software’s is preferred Ultimate team‑player About Maxx Properties MAXX Properties owns and manages multifamily apartment communities in six states nationwide.
