Role Description The Store Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for leading all aspects of daily store operations. This role oversees sales performance, staffing, scheduling, and visual merchandising to ensure the store meets revenue and brand standards. The Store Manager guides and coaches team members, supports their development, and fosters a positive work environment focused on customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory, enforcing loss prevention policies, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. The Store Manager also analyzes store metrics, implements company initiatives, and collaborates with regional leadership to drive growth and uphold Shoe Palace’s service and community‑focused values. Qualifications Strong customer‑focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. Effective Communication skills for coaching teams, resolving issues, and engaging customers. Proven Store Management experience in retail, including team leadership and operations oversight. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and maintaining a safe, secure store environment. Experience in athletic footwear or apparel retail is beneficial. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, use basic retail analytics, and manage inventory.
