Pay Rate Range: $33 - $40 hourly

12 months contract to potential hire based on the business needs and requirements

Summary:

• We are seeking a Benefits professional to support employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada. This role will provide Tier II support for complex benefits inquiries, partner with HR and Rewards teams, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to benefits-related projects and process improvements. The position offers exposure to regional and global benefits programs and opportunities to work with teams across different functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier II support by resolving complex benefits-related questions and escalations in a timely manner.
• Administer and maintain employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada, including health, dental, life, disability, pension, and savings plans.
• Ensure benefits programs remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and provincial regulations.
• Partner with People Advisors, Rewards teams, and other HR stakeholders to support benefits delivery and related compensation activities.
• Manage benefits vendor relationships, including performance tracking, invoicing, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement of benefits administration, processes, and knowledge management.
• Support the implementation and rollout of global HR initiatives, including flexible work, wellness, and employee assistance programs.
• Participate in cross-border HR initiatives, People Solutions projects, and global program rollouts.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization in a global work environment.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and provide timely support to employees and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Benefits, Rewards, Total Rewards, or a related HR function.
• Hands-on experience administering employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Paycom.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across HR and business functions.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience with global or cross-border HR programs is preferred.
