Luxury Sales Associate

Our client, a boutique fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join their SoHo Flagship team! Responsibilities: Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Assist clients in selecting products based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong product knowledge. Support sales goals by identifying opportunities to engage clients and drive business. Maintain a polished and organized sales floor and assist with daily store operations. Handle client questions, requests, and concerns. Collaborate with team members to support a positive and successful store environment. Complete administrative and operational tasks. Participate in client outreach and relationship-building initiatives. Qualifications: 2 years of experience. Previous experience in luxury retail, specialty retail, sales, or another customer-focused environment preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build genuine client relationships. Confident, personable, and professional presence. Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-oriented mindset. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Collaborative team player who is receptive to feedback and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
