Be an Owner : Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by recognizing members and identifying their needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolves member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences, and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training them. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
