Servicenow Business Analyst

Description
Essential Duties
• Develop business and system requirements, process flows, and test plans using ServiceNow best practices.
• Support quality assurance within ServiceNow development lifecycle with functional testing and lead/coordinate User Acceptance Testing sessions with stakeholders.
• Participate in technical review sessions
• Assist in and/or lead scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprints/daily standups, retrospectives, etc.
• Participate in project planning sessions, prioritization meetings, build/deploy activities, and other priorities.
• Manage complexity resulting from large projects and/or multiple stakeholders
• Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow, responding promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the customer.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to develop solutions and execute planned changes.
• Manage time to balance individual work with the success of the team and the client on multiple projects.
• Coach and mentor team members as needed.

1. Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
2. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $63.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
