Our clinic is committed to offering exceptional care to patients across various stages of recovery, particularly those recovering from trauma, surgeries, and strokes.As a Level 3 Trauma Center, Ascension St. Vincent handles a wide range of complex and emergency cases, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. Additionally, the hospital is Joint Commission (JC) Stroke Certified, reflecting our commitment to providing specialized, evidence-based treatment for stroke patients.At PT Solutions, we are dedicated to supporting each patient's journey to recovery, offering personalized rehabilitation services designed to enhance mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holidayYour Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist AssistantPrepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patientsEstablish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goalsDemonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team membersBuild and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)QualificationsGraduate ACOTE approved occupational therapy assistant programCurrent or pending state licensureBasic Life Support certificationCompensationPay Range: $35.00 - $38.00/hour an hour (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)A Top WorkplaceAt PT Solutions, we're more than colleagues; we're a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
