English Adjunct Instructor

Provide instruction to students according to course curriculum Participate in Methodist College’s general education assessment program Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback Prepare effectively for class consistent with course objectives and course outline Adhere to classroom protocol established in the Methodist College Faculty Handbook Respond to and evaluate student learning using appropriate means Grade papers, tests, projects, and other assignments and provide feedback Submit grades to the Registrar at midterm and course completion Establish and maintain posted office hours for students Participate in the annual College adjunct self-reflection and evaluation process Deliver required course content through learning management software Requirements Master’s Degree in English Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in delivering course content and evaluating student performance while adhering to institutional protocols. Proficient in utilizing learning management software to enhance student learning and engagement.
