Senior Quality Leader - QMS, GxP & Compliance
Absci Corp.
Absci is seeking a pragmatic, broad-based quality leader to own and evolve the Quality Management System (QMS) and drive a culture of quality across the organization. This director-level role requires hands-on GxP expertise and the ability to balance risk with speed in an AI-driven environment. You will build a team as Absci scales and partner with R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, IT and Legal to embed quality early in cross-functional workflows.
