RV Service Technician

Job Overview Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat‑Rate) for our growing team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair for recreational vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, with a passion for mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems. Responsibilities Provide and document complete diagnostic testing and repair or replacement services to customers. Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance maintenance. Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements. Keep supervisor apprised of work progress; ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected. Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers. Qualifications Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is helpful; applicable work experience is also considered. Minimum 1‑year service technician experience or related field preferred. RVIA certification helpful but not required. Experience with heights and hazards related to electrical and welding equipment. Ability to work in environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, wetness. Physical requirements: prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, bending; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Must furnish own hand/shop tools. Valid driver’s license preferred. Compensation Pay range: $22.00–$53.48 per hour.
