Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of jet fuel to various airports. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Inspections: Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition. Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload fuel following company procedures and safety guidelines. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including fuel quantities, delivery times, and any incidents. Route Adherence: Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Communication: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle. Incident Reporting: Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate personnel. Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Licensing: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement.
