Overview As a Food Runner, you'll be the bridge between our kitchen and guests, making sure every dish and beverage is delivered promptly, accurately, and with a smile. You'll bring energy and professionalism to the role, with strong menu knowledge and a focus on keeping service standards high. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment where great food and great service come together. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with accuracy and care.
- Share dish details with guests upon drop-off and answer basic menu questions.
- Assist in clearing tables and keeping service areas organized.
- Support bussers, counter team and baristas to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable carrying warm plates and mugs and walking/standing for extended periods.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
