Position Summary Executes field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. What We Can Offer You Generous PTO package and paid holidays Dollar‑for‑dollar 401k match with a profit‑sharing component Customizable health, dental and vision insurance (eligible on first date) Career progression plans Reward and recognition programs Paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement Company wellness program Employee discount program Core Responsibilities and Tasks Creates and maintains a safe working environment and cultures within the organization Takes care of company property Troubleshoots systems for mechanical, electrical equipment conditions Identifies and remedies safety issues for both company and customer‑owned equipment Interfaces directly with customers Works at multiple sites with multiple technologies Position Requirements Formal Education HS diploma or equivalent Knowledge & Experience Ability to obtain a TWIC card One year of work experience preferred 0‑2 years technical experience Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices Must have customer service experience Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability Able to obtain a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements Driving Requirements Able to operate a company vehicle Able to pass driver requirements (Driver Application for Employment, Driver Disclosure and Release, Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement, FMCSA Certificate of Awareness, Driver Certificate of Violations, Driver Statement of On Duty Hours, Road Test, Copy of Driver’s License (Front and Back), Copy of Medical Certificate) Additional Details & Dimensions to Consider Must be able to function in a team environment Usually works with direct supervision but can work independently if needed Travel Requirements 50% or more Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
