Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Provide support to the employees of Benzels in all areas of human resource operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employee benefits, payroll, training programs, and workers compensation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards, along with company policies. Strong interpersona communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities. Education: High School Diploma Experience: Two plus years of relevant work experience.
