Support Specialist

Insight Global is hiring an Archive Support Generalist to support the historical archives department of our leading Retail client in Beaverton, OR. We are looking for self-starters with an interest in operations, the history of sport and culture, and project management. This role will be onsite in Beaverton, OR. This is a contract through 5/31/2027 with likely extensions, and offers PTO and paid holidays. Qualifications 1-3+ years in a professional corporate or operations environment (internship experience accepted) Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in an agile environment. Ability to handle physical tasks related to moving and storing objects up to 50 lbs. Day to Day Suggest and implement operations and project process improvements Provide a weekly report of accomplishments and next steps Enter artifact information and details into the museum management system Perform physical movement of shipments, receipts, and archive items Manage supplies necessary for archive operations Support the training of peers or volunteers Document new and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) #J-18808-Ljbffr
