???? What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the center while creating a positive, supportive, and fun work environment.
• Inspire, coach, and mentor teachers to provide exceptional care and education for every child.
• Ensure compliance with all Ohio Department of Children and Youth licensing regulations and Tiny Town policies.
• Maintain appropriate staffing, classroom ratios, scheduling, and daily classroom coverage.
• Support teachers with curriculum implementation, classroom management, behavior guidance, and professional development.
• Build lasting relationships with families through excellent communication, problem-solving, and outstanding customer service.
• Welcome prospective families by conducting center tours and assisting with enrollment and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting environment throughout the center.
• Complete incident reports, licensing documentation, attendance records, and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve enrollment goals, improve center quality, and strengthen community partnerships.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.

✅ Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center is required.
• Leadership or management experience in early childhood education is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA, Early Childhood coursework, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio Department of Children and Youth licensing requirements and early childhood best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet all Ohio Department of Children and Youth employment requirements for licensed childcare programs.
