Senior Auto Defense Attorney

This position is ideal for an experienced litigator with a strong background in auto liability, personal injury defense, or civil defense litigation who enjoys taking ownership of cases from inception through trial.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through trial and post-trial proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy.
• Conduct trials, mediations, depositions, hearings, and other key litigation events.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a collaborative legal team.
• Work closely with firm leadership in a fully remote environment.

 

Compensation

• Base Salary: $150,000–$220,000, depending on experience.
• Monthly production bonus after an initial ramp-up period.

Mid-Level Auto Defense Attorney

This role is designed for attorneys looking to expand their litigation experience while working alongside experienced trial attorneys.

 

Responsibilities

• Handle auto liability cases through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations and other litigation proceedings.
• Build trial and litigation skills through structured mentorship.

• Base Salary: $150,000–$220,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

Senior Attorney

• Active California Bar license.
• California residency required.
• Extensive experience in auto defense, personal injury defense, or civil litigation.
• Demonstrated trial experience.
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and client management skills.
• Prior mentoring or leadership experience is preferred.

 

Mid-Level Attorney

• Active California Bar license.
• California residency required.
• Experience handling auto liability or personal injury defense matters.
• Strong legal writing, organizational, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team.
