Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead small to medium-complexity technology projects for a gas company based in Portland, OR. This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days onsite. Duration: Through September 2027Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 to 5pm PST Key ResponsibilitiesLead small to medium-complexity technology projects and take accountability for successful project delivery.Manage project teams consisting of internal resources, external consultants, and third-party partners.Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables.Track project costs and budgets, including conducting financial analysis and identifying potential variances.Define project resource requirements and coordinate resource availability with managers and stakeholders.Manage vendor relationships, ensuring schedules, costs, deliverables, and expectations remain aligned with the overall project plan.Identify, document, and actively manage project risks and issues; escalate concerns appropriately when needed.Manage project change control in accordance with established policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to project stakeholders and leadership.
