Job Details Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours (36 hrs per week), Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Employment Type: Travel Contract – Travel OR RN / Surgical RN Location: Columbus, OH 43210 Facility: Level 1 Trauma Center, 18-bed Operating Room Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,050 – $2,160 Job ID: #473655 Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years recent Operating Room RN experience with extensive scrub and circulating experience Experience in Level 1 Trauma Centers preferred Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license) Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record (EPIC charting) Graduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program Willingness to float to other units within the organization as needed Two professional references (one from a manager, director, or direct supervisor) Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Primary Responsibilities Provide comprehensive perioperative care across a wide variety of surgical specialties, acting as both scrub nurse and circulating nurse when needed. Support cases including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries. Focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and complex General Surgery cases. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation using the EPIC system.
