The positions include Companion Care and Personal Care. We are looking for experienced, compassionate Individuals to provide non-medical care to seniors in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication reminders and assist with transfers and fall prevention
• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishes
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
• Solid knowledge and experience with caregiver skills and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
