Infor M3 Senior Consultant - DTC (C&R)

As a Senior Architect / Senior Consultant specializing in Infor M3, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions to address specific client requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that Infor M3 modules, including Order to Cash, Order to Pay, Invoices, Receivables, GL, AR, AP, Customer Orders, Logistics, and Shipping, are optimized to meet business goals and industry standards. Looking for TECHNICAL people, rather than functional.


Key Responsibilities:-

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs across various supply chain modules, including Order to Cash, Order to Pay, Invoices, Receivables, GL, AR, AP, Customer Orders, Logistics, and Shipping.

Custom Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within the Infor M3 environment to address user requests and optimize business processes.

System Analysis: Analyze and troubleshoot existing Infor M3 configurations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary modifications to enhance system performance and functionality.

Integration Expertise: Provide technical expertise in integrating Infor M3 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides, to support ongoing system maintenance and future development efforts.

Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and end-users to ensure that custom development aligns with business objectives and complies with industry best practices.

Training and Support: Participate in user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to resolve issues and ensure the successful adoption of Infor M3 solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Infor M3 features, modules, and industry trends. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:-

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT consulting with a strong focus on Infor M3, including at least 3-5 years in an architectural or senior consulting role.

Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Infor M3 modules such as Order to Cash, Order to Pay, Invoices, Receivables, GL, AR, AP, Customer Orders, Logistics, and Shipping. Proficiency in custom development, configuration, and integration.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships and understanding business needs.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation: Experience in creating detailed technical documentation and user guides.

Certifications: Relevant Infor M3 certifications or other related industry certifications are a plus.
