Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for every aspect of the operation-from developing people and protecting our recipes to driving financial performance and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Success in this role means creating a culture where quality, hospitality, accountability, and teamwork define every shift. What You'll Lead Front of House and Culinary operations. Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing the team. Daily restaurant operations. Guest experience. Recipe execution and consistency. Scratch production of dough, sauces, salads, and all house-made products. Labor, food cost, purchasing, inventory, and financial performance. Restaurant cleanliness and operational standards. Future growth, including expanded hours and our counter-service beer & wine program. What We're Looking For Proven restaurant leadership experience. Passion for hospitality and developing people. Strong operational and financial acumen. Experience leading both Front of House and Culinary operations. Ability to lead from the front and set the standard every day. Why Plaza Pizza?
