Staffing Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

Location: Huntington Beach office, CA (with regular support at our Carson, CA office)
Pay Range: $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional Staffing Coordinator to support recruiting operations while assisting with branch activities. This position is based out of our Carson branch and will also provide support from our Huntington Beach office as business needs require. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and has a genuine interest in growing their career with our company.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred , as this role involves frequent communication with employees, applicants, and clients in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for assigned positions and client locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and timely communication.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and respond promptly to staffing requests.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit reports accurately and on time.
• Conduct new hire orientations at our Huntington Beach office as needed.
• Coordinate employee placements and provide ongoing support to associates and clients.
• Assist the Carson branch with recruiting, administrative duties, and general office operations as business needs require.
• Partner with management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Previous staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work from both the Carson and Huntington Beach offices as needed.
• Must be a strong self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to take initiative.
• Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in growing professionally with the company.
