Finance Manager Join a dynamic team in San Jose as a Finance Manager and play a pivotal role in driving financial operations for a leading organization. This temporary but impactful position offers an opportunity to lead critical FP&A activities, manage budgeting, and optimize process efficiencies during a key period of transition. With a hybrid work model (Tues-Thurs), you'll collaborate across departments to ensure precise financial insights and controls, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Required Skills: Proven experience in financial management, FP&A, or accounting Strong proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting Excellent partnership and communication skills to work with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams Ability to develop dashboards and enhance financial reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) Strong understanding of SOX controls and financial compliance Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience supporting audits and financial controls Automation and process improvement skills Experience with advanced financial tools and software Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience Experience in high-tech or SaaS environments is a plus Other Requirements: This role is onsite in San Jose with a hybrid schedule (Tues-Thurs) Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment during a temporary assignment Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr DeWinter Group
