Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting throughout a 12-hour day shift
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Monitor and document patient status, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Adhere to facility dress code and infection control policies, including approved scrub colors and footwear standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing environment
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3×12 schedule
• Compliance with facility appearance standards: Royal Blue scrubs required; no artificial nails; no Crocs or similar footwear

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or post-acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
