Your Impact

Imagine arriving at a home where the AC has failed on a hot afternoon. You assess, diagnose, repair, and explain what happened—leaving the system running at peak performance and the customer relieved. That’s the difference you’ll make every day.

Core Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems with a primary residential workload and some commercial tasks.
Troubleshoot performance issues to restore efficiency and reliability.
Perform scheduled maintenance and thorough inspections.
Provide courteous, informative customer interactions and recommendations.
Accurately log work details and track materials used.
Work safely and uphold industry codes and best practices.
Continuously build knowledge of new HVAC tools, tech, and methods.

What You Need to Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred.
Valid HVAC certification and required licenses.
Proven experience in residential HVAC service.
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC components, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Base of Operations

Newport News, VA—serving primarily residential clients with some commercial work.
