We are a growing tree service company in the Charleston, SC area looking for a motivated, confident Outside Sales Representative / Estimator to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be meeting with homeowners who are already interested in tree work, evaluating their property, explaining our services, providing estimates, and closing the job.

This is a field sales position. You will be driving to scheduled estimates throughout the Charleston metro area and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled tree-service estimates
• Evaluate tree removals, trimming, pruning, and cleanup projects
• Build and present estimates to customers
• Explain the scope of work clearly and professionally
• Follow up with potential customers
• Close jobs and maintain strong customer relationships
• Communicate sold jobs clearly to our operations team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident and comfortable asking for the sale
• Highly motivated and competitive
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments
• Previous sales experience preferred, but tree-service experience is not required
• Willingness to learn how to accurately estimate tree work
• Must have your own vehicle

Compensation:
Uncapped commission-based pay starting at 10% of collected sales.

Example: Sell $20,000 worth of completed and collected tree work in a week and earn $2,000 in commission.

There is significant earning potential for someone who can consistently close leads. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually take on more responsibility as we expand.

Territory:
Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, North Charleston, and surrounding areas.

Schedule:
Full-time. Daytime and early-evening availability may be required depending on customer appointments.
