Design Manager Womens Intimates
$50 - $57 per hourSolomon Page
We're seeking a Senior Designer to lead the design of women's underwear from concept through production. This role sets the creative direction, delivering performance driven, athlete informed product with a strong focus on fit, movement, comfort, and innovation. The designer will partner closely with product development, materials, innovation, and merchandising teams to bring advanced fabrications, seamless construction, and precision fit to market. Ideal candidates have deep experience designing high performance intimates or apparel and a strong understanding of the body in motion.
- Start Date: ASAP - 7/31/26
- Hybrid - Days in Office: 3 - 4 days
- Hrs. Per Week 40
- Pay: $50 - $57/hr
- Senior level experience designing women's underwear or performance apparel
- Strong understanding of fit, movement, support, breathability, and comfort
- Proven ability to take product from concept through final production
- Experience with performance materials, advanced fabrications, and seamless construction
- Strong technical design sensibility (fit, construction, durability)
- Proficient with PLM, illustrator & Photoshop
- Organized & detail
