CNC Machine Operator

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Job Summary We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team focused on precision machining and quality production. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and producing parts that meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Verify dimensions and tolerances meet engineering specifications Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Document production and quality information accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing schedules Qualifications Previous CNC machine operation experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications CNC setup experience Basic CNC programming knowledge Experience working with mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers Understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, and speeds Manufacturing or production environment experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, long-term opportunity Stable manufacturing environment Opportunities for growth and skill development Team-oriented workplace focused on quality and safety #J-18808-Ljbffr
