As a Real Estate Agent with Us, You Will:

Qualifications We Value:
- Active Virginia OR North Carolina Real Estate License (Strictly Required). (Note: Being dual-licensed in both states is a significant advantage!)
- In-depth knowledge of the local cross-border markets, specifically Chesapeake, VA, as well as Moyock, Elizabeth City, Hertford, and South Mills, NC.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new CRM platforms and digital real estate tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
