A recruiter will respond to your resume within five business days.Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pricing related to electrical systems.Complete a detailed review of all documentation and develop comprehensive cost estimates/models that communicate the client's project and strategic goals.Perform quantity take-off in a manner and level of detail consistent with the project goals and support the team.Input estimate data into the appropriate softwareAssure that a quality product is presented to the client through adherence to the company's QA/QC procedures.Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project's goals (verbal, written, and graphics)Actively research, solicit, and develop sources/vendors for compiling and maintaining the accuracy of cost information.Desire to learn, grow, and advance their skills in estimating and various other project controls.Qualifications:Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel,Prior working experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or other industry-related take-off software, is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture or 4 years of applicable construction trade experience in lieu of a degree preferred.Benefits include:Hybrid work scheduleCompany-sponsored Medical/Dental/Vision and Life Insurance401K Program with a Company MatchPaid Holidays / Sick Leave / Vacation AccrualCompany Team Building, Employee Events, and a fun, people first environmentCompensation: $65,000 - $75,000OCMI, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
