Rental Shop Technician
The Rental Shop Technician is responsible for assisting in the outfitting process of guests in need of rental skis or snowboards. Excellent English communication skills, customer service, and organizational skills are required. Ability to work under pressure, cross-train, multi-task, and prioritize tasks is necessary. Must be at least 16 years of age and must complete Salomon Binding Technician Training and Certification.
Internal: Co-Workers
External: Guest of Mt. Rose
Checking and assigning baskets to guests
Checking and assigning skis and snowboards
Assisting in boot fitting and ski/ snowboard dispatch
Greeting and assisting guests
Providing support for the Food & Beverage department as needed
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.
Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all the tasks contained therein.
