Accounting Assistant

If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Process daily cash receipts, credit memos, manual invoices, and other accounts receivable transactions. Monitor past‑due invoices and assist with collections efforts through professional customer communication. Review customer accounts, establish credit limits, and help minimize bad debt exposure. Prepare and maintain financial transaction records, ensuring information is entered accurately and timely. Generate customer invoices, process intercompany billings, and send monthly statements. Assist with credit card reconciliations, audit requests, reporting, and general accounting support activities.
