Hudson Elms Nursing & Rehab is Now Hiring Registered Nurses (RNs)!

Shifts available: Day 7:0a-7:30p & 7a-3p | PT Weekend Warrior

Hudson Elms Skilled Nursing & Rehab is currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to welcome our ever-growing team! Our mission is to provide patient-centered care and promote a positive team environment with honesty, dignity, and respect. And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for skilled nursing/long-term care within the communities we serve. Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN):
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio license
  • Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN):
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
  • Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
  • Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
