As an Endoscopy Registered Nurse, you will assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, monitor patients, and provide compassionate care throughout their endoscopy experience. You must have an active South Dakota RN license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 1-2 years of recent endoscopy or procedural nursing experience. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is important. Strong communication, attention to detail, and patient-focused care skills are essential. Recommended experience includes hospital-based endoscopy, conscious sedation, and infection control practices. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred but not required.
