About the Opportunity DNA Partners is representing a prestigious global law firm seeking an experienced Billing Manager to join its Accounting team. This highly visible leadership position will oversee the firm's eBilling operations, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant submission of invoices across a diverse portfolio of clients and billing platforms. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal billing professional who excels at managing teams, optimizing processes, and collaborating with firm leadership to enhance operational efficiency and client service. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the firm's eBilling function, ensuring accurate and timely invoice submissions across all client-required eBilling systems. Monitor billing schedules and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, outside counsel requirements, and engagement terms. Establish and maintain firmwide eBilling policies, procedures, and best practices. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and leverage automation to enhance billing operations. Supervise, mentor, and develop members of the eBilling team, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence. Partner with Billing and Accounting leadership on staffing, training, performance management, and departmental initiatives. Collaborate with attorneys, billing coordinators, and finance professionals to resolve billing issues and improve overall processes. Support system enhancements, technology implementations, and special projects related to billing and financial operations. Safeguard confidential client and firm information while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in billing, eBilling, accounting, or finance leadership within a large law firm or professional services environment. Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Advanced knowledge of eBillingHub and electronic billing platforms. Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong client-service orientation. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
