Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift

Position Summary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Community Eldercare Services (CES) full‑time night shift (7pm to 7am). Responsibilities Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice). Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisors regarding resident status. Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit. Perform other tasks as required.
