Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Under limited supervision, administer, test and implement complex Salesforce CRM platforms and databases; work closely with QA, Business Analysts, BI/Report Designers, Developers and other staff throughout full software development life cycle; engage in Salesforce related architectural and solution discussions and coordinate database development; integrate, configure and maintain AppExchange applications; create page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, email templates and other components on a record detail and edit pages; implement junction objects, master detail relationships, validation and formula fields to the custom objects; develop data models; define security model to share data and user access through roles, permission sets, profiles and sharing settings; coordinate and implement security measures; create objects, process flows and trigger flows, assignment rules, queues and approval for case and lead management; create data migration document for import/export of data from Salesforce.com environment; perform custom development; develop custom reports and dashboards on Salesforce application; mentor less experienced team members; train users; and use: Windows, UNIX, Oracle, SQL Server, TFS, Salesforce work bench, Data loader, Pardot, Five9, Draw loop, Exact Target, ADFS, SOSL, SOQL, Eclipse, force.com IDE, Visualforce pages, Components, Controllers, Apex controllers and extensions, Apex Triggers, Web services, Custom Settings, HTML, JavaScript, C/C++ and related tools.

Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

Two (2) years of experience as a Database Administrator, Systems Engineer/Architect, Network and Computer Systems Administrator, Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or in a related occupation;

Experience must include two (2) years of work with Data loader, Five9, ADFS, SOSL and SOQL; must be willing to relocate.
