Move merchandise by non-motorized equipment intended for display and resale purposes. Clean merchandise and display fixtures using various retail techniques. Display merchandise using a predetermined placement system with labels or identifying marks. Maintain the display sales area by straightening merchandise, removing damaged or outdated items, and presenting a neat, full, and salable appearance. Evaluate display or sale requirements based on existing inventory. Offer customer assistance with the location or selection of merchandise. Requirements Physical ability to move large, bulky, and/or heavy objects up to 50 pounds. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other necessary activities. Upon hire, successfully complete a security application for a Common Access Card (CAC). Pay and Benefits Hourly pay rate $23.78. This is a federal contract; employees receive a Health and Welfare benefit in accordance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) per hour for the first 40 hours in a week. The assignment is expected to run from now through approximately June, 2026, to support increased seasonal workload. Employment may conclude at the end of this period unless extended based on operational needs.
