Job Description We are seeking a talented Associate to join our team. As an Associate at CGCN Group you will work closely with our partners, clients, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Maintain internal and external distribution lists Monitor for and share relevant clips by 10am by coordinating with CGCN clips servicer (ex. training, feedback, etc.) Coordinate with schedulers for meeting setup Create meeting agendas Track, circulate and properly file meeting notes Track deliverables with regular check points Assist with the Initial draft of relevant materials (op-eds, press releases, etc.) Knowledge of the best method for pulling transcripts on tight timelines (i.e. have login for TVEyes handy, etc.) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Political Science, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Knowledge of public policy and politics is preferred.
