Healthcare Operations Manager

To support the daily operations of the SDI department, the full-time SDI Operations Manager will oversee multiple vendors, guide staff in their responsibilities, and implement process improvements while working remotely within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital. Key responsibilities Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and mentoring new employees Monitor and review SDI reporting, staff productivity, and conduct annual evaluations Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing performance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute Minimum of 3 years of management-level experience in a healthcare environment; 5 years preferred
