Direct hire seat with an established self perform heavy civil contractor (roadway, highway, utility). Reports to the president. Owns invoices, job cost coding, cost reports, contract review and change orders. Virginia based, some regional travel, relocation considered.Looking for contractor side cost engineers, project controls people, contract administrators or construction accountants who write change orders, 3+ years, heavy civil or site preferred. Not owner side, not DOT agency, not pure estimators. US citizens only.

This is a strong opportunity for a cost engineer, project controls engineer, contract administrator or construction accountant with contractor side experience who wants a seat that reports straight to the president and actually shapes how the jobs make money. You'll review and code invoices, own cost reporting, review contracts before they go out and write change orders on DOT roadway and utility projects across the Mid-Atlantic.
