Paralegal

Robles, Rael & Anaya, P.C. is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys to support all phases of litigation by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, coordinating deadlines, and communicating with clients and other parties. This role is essential to ensuring efficient case management and providing exceptional support that helps our attorneys deliver outstanding legal representation. About Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information Organize and maintain legal files and documents Prepare and manage case calendars and deadlines Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Assist with document review and analysis Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Proofread legal documents for accuracy and consistency Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively Excellent attention to detail for proofreading legal documents Proficient in legal administrative tasks and procedures Familiarity with legal research methods and resources Ability to conduct interviews to gather relevant information Strong written communication skills to draft legal documents and correspondence Experience with document management Knowledge of law terminology, procedures, and regulations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
