Senior Customer Activation Programs Lead

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex customer activation initiatives
• Lead and directly manage a team of Customer Activation Initiatives Managers/resources
• Execute delivery planning and manage workstreams for Growth initiatives
• Stay current on relevant credit card industry standards and regulations
• Create, document, and maintain executive-ready strategy artifacts
• Establish strategy governance and maintain version control
• Translate complex inputs into clear executive narratives
• Lead executive communications for plastics strategy
• Support additional duties and special projects
