We are seeking CNC and manual machinists for a growing company in Medford. This role involves setting up and operating various machining equipment to manufacture and repair metal and non-metal parts, utilizing knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, and machining procedures.

• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, Vertical Turret Lathes, and Horizontal Boring Machines.

• Use precision measuring equipment and machining tools.

• Perform part repairs and fabricate tooling as needed.

• Follow company procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

• Assist in training junior machinists (for advanced levels).

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 1-5+ years of machining experience (varies by level).

• Proficiency with GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measuring tools.

• Ability to set up and operate both manual and CNC machines.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license.
