Data Risk Analyst

Seneca Resources is looking for an experienced Data Risk Analyst to join a Data Risk Governance team within HR Risk & Compliance . Key Responsibilities: Identify, assess, and mitigate data risks related to privacy, quality, security, classification, and data use Support data governance policies, standards, procedures, and risk assessments Monitor compliance with GDPR, CCPA, SOX, HIPAA, and internal policies Develop risk dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Support data incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking Maintain data risk and control-gap registers Collaborate with Data Stewards, Data Owners, IT, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders Required Qualifications: 5+ years in Data Risk, Data Governance, Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance Strong understanding of data privacy, quality, security, and governance Experience with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, SOX, or HIPAA Strong Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills Excellent communication and analytical skills Nice to Have: Archer, OneTrust, LogicGate, ServiceNow, CDPSE, CIPP, CRISC, or CDMP certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
