You ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.What You ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care):Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.What You ll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):Active and unrestricted PA license in the practicing state. Board certification as an FNP.
