Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project/Program Manager to lead projects throughout the full project lifecycle. This role will oversee project planning, scope, budgets, resources, quality, risk, and performance reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and scope Coordinate project resources, including staffing, coaching, and team development Partner with functional teams and stakeholders to define business requirements Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions Create test plans and ensure solutions are ready for User Acceptance Testing Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout plans and procedures Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, project updates, and recommendations Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are followed Present project status, risks, and outcomes to steering committees and sponsors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field MBA or related advanced degree preferred 2-4 years of project or program management experience Strong people management, leadership, and team-building skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment Strong risk assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to quickly understand business processes and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments #J-18808-Ljbffr DynPro Inc.
