We are seeking a seasoned Platform Product Manager to lead a high-impact team within the Bank Modernization organization. This role requires extensive experience in financial core and banking platform modernization to drive the strategy for core abstraction services and real-time financial posting. You must possess a robust understanding of the US payments landscape, including direct familiarity with networks and rails such as ACH, Wires, RTP, and FedNow. You will lead a dedicated team of individual contributor product managers to execute complex roadmaps that enable seamless, well-managed transaction authorization and ledger integration. Your expertise will be critical to power a modern, scalable architecture that fuels the next generation of consumer banking experiences. McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management Philadelphia, PA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
